They will often taste excellent, but highly processed foods currently have very little vitamins and minerals, making you take more simply to have enough energy to get with the day. In case you are constantly consuming these foods, transferring to grain and other complex carbohydrates will aid you to have more strength while consuming less. Good blog post. Teresita Lydon Mashe

  • I had PCOS and was undergoing fertility treatment which was so stressful my mental health was at risk. I lost 4 stone and started to ovulate naturally and became pregnant immediately. Im sure Dr Fung is right. The worst thing was the horrible way I was treated at the Infertility clinic, like it was my fault. Nata Brendon Elbart

  • I 100% agree with what you say about normalizing mental illness. Everyone has such a scary image in their mind and it added to the alienation I did to myself last year, still do. People that are open and can talk about it are paving the way for the future when it is finally discussed. Kala Ignazio Kinnard
